Nafisa Shams

Established in 2006, the Academy was named after Nafisa Shams, the late wife of the late Sheikh Abdul Latif Jameel. The academy aims to develop the skills of Saudi women so that they can join the labour market in the country. Through a series of training programmes, the Academy provides numerous options for trainees who are eager to find job opportunities. These include starting their own small businesses or working from home on small projects. Since inception, Nafisa Shams Academy has provided training for over 7,000 people through 43 training courses organised in 28 workshops.
