The task of the Direct Recruitment programme is to work with employers in the Middle East to match the skills and qualifications of job seekers with suitable vacancies and to directly connect them with suitable candidates.

To date, over 150,000 people have found fulfilling jobs through this programme.

The Direct Recruitment programme is an example of the down-to-earth, realistic thinking that we encourage at Community Jameel. We understand that there are employers in the region in search of willing and capable people, and, conversely, there are people who are eager to work. Yet, at times, the two parties struggle to connect.

To address this issue, we put ourselves in the middle: draw together all the information we can gather about available candidates and their capabilities while also collating information about available roles in the market. We then work to connect the two parties. 

To date, over 150,000 people have found fulfilling jobs through this programme.
